Juve had a goal and an assist in the game, and scored two goals in the last 12 minutes as they won 4-2 on aggregate.
Bayern have not lost in the Bundesliga since October, and are now looking to repeat that form against Juventus.
The hosts were able to capitalise on the absence of Lionel Messi and company, with Mario Mandzukic setting up Sergio Busquets for his brace in the 90th minute.
The Italian giants are unbeaten in their last 11 Champions League matches against Juve, with Juve winning seven of the last eight encounters.
